I know of them a bit, sure. The White Album is probably their definitive work, but I'm more partial to Yellow Submarine myself.

If you're looking to start getting into rock music, you could do a lot worse.

that depends wholly on the kind of dancing you're looking to do. you don't exactly waltz to the beatles, but you can definitely do the mashed potato or the watusi. maybe even the chubby checker, if you're feeling particularly rambunctious.

I am hoping for dances that require a partner. At the gala, I sampled something that I wince to call 'dancing' with Constantine, and it was nothing more than shuffling back and forth as though one had an itch in the foot.

I saw almost no one waltz, in fact.

I reckon you'd be fine even using dances from your time. The 19th century isn't that long ago - at least not for ancient immortal entities. Aziraphale has barely changed his wardrobe since the 1860s.
